Bhagavad Gita - Off the Mat discussion of this Great Spiritual text
13:45 - 14:45
Tracey Hughes

Bhagavad Gita is a classic Eastern Spiritual text. It is a How to Live your life Manual. I will be summarizing this 18 chapter text. My aim is to show you how this Spiritual text applies to our lives. I have completed a 4 year study on this book with my teacher in Geelong Micheal Boluslav. I have also studied the Upanishads and attended other Bhagavad Gita classes over my 15 years of my Spiritual Journey. I am an initiated Kriya Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda Self Realisation Fellowship. Paramahansa Yogananda is my Guru. My aim is to apply these inspiring words to our everyday lives, to give meaning not only to our own lives but to those around us. I was in my 30s when I started asking the question is there more to life? That question initiated my search for meaning. My studies have enriched my life and helped me to cope with all of life’s ups and downs.

Ashtanga Vinyasa - Tradition, Method, Practice

We are in it together, so if you are carrying an injury or health condition please draw on your own wisdom to ensure your well being. You will get warm, but there is no need to have a water bottle for this session, I will welcome you as you are.

I have been practicing yoga for about 15 years, getting serious about my practice 5 years ago and becoming a regular at many studios around Australia as I moved for work. As a busy professional I came to yoga to bring some peace and balance into my life, now I build my life around limbs of yoga. I have completed a 250 hour yoga teacher training in the Tantric linage and 150 hours of yin training, I teach Flow and Yin Classes with a strong anatomical focus.
