Gaurav will make you understand the practical truth behind the AUM chant, the first resonance of the universal consciousness as sound vibration, which ties the cycles of “creation-sustenance- dissolution” within its vibrational utterance. He will help you understand and connect every part of your breathing to how the AUM takes life into your body and mind, catapulting you into into/beyond the ‘Sahasrara’, in deep silence beyond the individual self. Before start of the AUM chants, Gaurav will also demonstrate one round of how to activate your chakras through simple prayers, colour visualisation and mool-mantra chanting, so you can decide which part of the practice you wish to take away with you for your personal journey. Aum, PEACE, PEACE, PEACE!
