You will be guided through the eightfold path Yama-Niyama-Asana- Pranayama-Pratyahara-Dharana-Dhyana-Samadhi. The Kriya for Elevation is a complete Kundalini practice designed to lift your energy, clear mental fog and reconnect you to your own inner strength. Whether you're brand new to Kundalini or a seasoned practitioner, this sequence meets you exactly where you are. What to expect: Opening & Tuning In — We arrive together, settling the nervous system and setting intention through mantra. Even if chanting is new to you, you'll feel the resonance immediately. Pranayama — Breathwork to awaken your energy and oxygenate every cell. Expect to feel a shift before we've even moved. Kriya — A dynamic sequence of postures and movement with powerful breath designed to build heat, release stagnant energy and activate your body's own healing intelligence. Mudra & Mantra — Hand gestures and sacred sound woven through the practice to anchor focus and deepen the experience. Join Anushtha for a grounding and balanced yogic practice inspired by the teachings of Ashwini Guruji of Dhyan Ashram. Deeply engaged in the practices of Asanas and Dhyan (meditation), Anushtha’s sessions are designed to help participants experience stillness, strength, and greater awareness through traditional yogic techniques. Classes include traditional yogic Asanas to strengthen, purify, and stabilise the body, along with Dhyan (meditation) practices to calm the mind and deepen awareness. Participants will also explore breath and posture awareness to support inner balance and clarity, while learning foundational yogic principles that connect body, breath, and consciousness. These practices help prepare both the body and mind for higher states of awareness, inner growth, and overall wellbeing.

Perimenopause can be a quiet (or not‑so‑quiet) unfolding— bringing significant changes to our bodies, emotions, energy, sense of self and life!In this gentle EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or “tapping”) workshop, you’re invited to slow down, tune inward, and meet those changes with curiosity and compassion.Blending mindful awareness with gentle tapping on acupressure points, this session supports nervous‑system regulation, calm and emotional ease.Together, we’ll explore simple, grounding meditation techniques as well as specially designed guided tapping sequences to acknowledge these body and life changes, reduce emotional stress and respond to these with understanding and support.No prior experience with EFT is needed. Enjoy the practical, do any-time wellbeing technique that is EFT (tapping) to nurture yourself in this nurturing workshop.
Chair yoga provides a gentle way for anyone with an injury or physical impairment to experience the benefits of a yoga practice. It is easily accessible allowing participants to stay seated or to use a chair to assist balance. It is ideal for seniors, beginners, or for a break if someone has a job that entails being seated for long periods of time. It helps to improve flexibility, strength, and mobility while enhancing mental clarity and reducing stress through breath-linked movements.
I AM Yoga Nidra is based on the teachings of Yogiraj Gurudev Shri Amritji (Amrit Desai) and focuses on a 'non-doing' approach, shifting from 'thinking/doing' to 'feeling/being' to allow deep relaxation. It uses techniques that combine mental relaxation with conscious awareness to achieve deep calmness without falling asleep. But if you do fall asleep, that is okay, you will still experience benefits from the practice.
Laugh your cares away and write your own lyrics. Shauny Sage will sing your very own special song. Or you can chant, or breathe deep, or dance. Anyway you want to relax and enjoy this concert is up to you. Secular social gathering.
Beginning with calming breathwork, this Vinyasa class builds warmth through an energising standing flow before softening into slower seated postures. Designed to balance strength and ease, the practice encourages mobility, mindful movement, and nervous system regulation. The class concludes with a restful Savasana, leaving you grounded, open, and deeply relaxed.

Garba Dance of the Sacred Feminine is a traditional Indian folkloric ‘dance of the womb’ to honour womanhood and dedicated to the different aspects of the feminine principle or “Shakti”. Grounded within the feet and hips, it is a spiraling anticlockwise movement meditation that cultivates balance in the flow of change and transformation.

Start your day with immersing yourself in deep, healing aum chants and activating your chakras to make yourself so deeply connected to that part of your SELF that matters to you the most. The session is led by Gaurav, an Ashtanga Yoga teacher from ‘Prana Yoga for Life’, and a meditation practitioner for 33 years. Gaurav will make you understand the practical truth behind the AUM chant, the first resonance of the universal consciousness as sound vibration, which ties the cycles of “creation-sustenance- dissolution” within its vibrational utterance. He will help you understand and connect every part of your breathing to how the AUM takes life into your body and mind, catapulting you into into/beyond the ‘Sahasrara’, in deep silence beyond the individual self. Before start of the AUM chants, Gaurav will also demonstrate one round of how to activate your chakras through simple prayers, colour visualisation and mool-mantra chanting, so you can decide which part of the practice you wish to take away with you for your personal journey. Release, Relax, and Refresh, is a relaxation flow utilising the energetic, regulatory, and sensory power of Pranayama techniques to allow participants to drop deeply into the Yoga Nidra that follows. Consider your Sankalpa (deep goal or intention) ahead of time to get the best out of the hypnogogic state facilitated by this nourishing session.
Chakra stretch is a sequence designed to help you open and understand your chakras. A slow paced and relaxing class. Expect mostly grounded poses working with visualisation, pranayama, mudras, affirmation and sometimes some upscale poses if the particular chakra being worked with is calling for it. An opportunity to strengthen and stretch at your own pace and learn about your body as you move through the shapes.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this class is for you. Together we’ll explore the foundations of arm balances and break down the technique required to lift and fly, even if it’s just for a moment! Expect a fun, supportive space to build strength, confidence, and playfulness in your practice.
Join Sarah for a guided practice of Sanatan Kriya, an ancient yogic science learnt directly from Ashwini Guruji of Dhyan Foundation. This class introduces a complete yogic process incorporating the eight limbs of Ashtang Yoga, designed to support modern lifestyles while working holistically on the body, mind, and inner energies. Through guided practice, participants will explore techniques that help restore physical, mental, and emotional balance, while cultivating greater clarity, stability, and overall wellbeing. The practice aims to bring the human system back into harmony with nature through breath, awareness, and yogic discipline.

This one-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa flow combines traditional Ashtanga- inspired sequencing with fluid, breath-centered movement. Beginning with grounding warmups and mobility work, this practice gradually builds heat through Surya Namaskar A & B before flowing into standing postures, balance work, core strengthening, seated folds, gentle backbends, and restorative stretches. Designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, focus, and endurance, this energizing flow encourages mindful connection between breath and movement while remaining accessible and approachable for all levels, with modifications offered throughout. Expect to leave feeling stronger, lighter, and deeply refreshed in both body and mind.
Step into a playful reset at Unwind Unscripted: Yin & Laughter Yoga, a feel-good session designed to ease into lightness and spark joy. Move through deeply relaxing yin postures paired with contagious laughter and partner yoga practices to release tension and boost your mood. Leave feeling relaxed, calmer, and re-energised with simple tools to carry the festival vibe beyond the mat.
This workshop explores the voice as a powerful tool for regulation, expression, and healing. Drawing on elements of sound healing, participants will engage in guided vocal practices such as toning, humming, and the use of simple mantras to create resonance within the body. These practices are designed to support activation of the vagus nerve, to calm the nervous system and reduce stress. Through a combination of breathwork, mantra, and group vocalisation, participants will learn how sound vibrations can influence physical and emotional states. The workshop creates a supportive, non-judgemental space where no prior singing experience is required—only a willingness to explore the voice as a pathway to grounding, connection, and inner harmony. Whether you’re an experienced singer or someone who’s never used their voice in this way, enjoy a welcoming environment and walk away with vocal toning exercises that you can implement into daily life to relieve stress and create harmony.
As the festival comes to a close, this deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice invites you to lie down, let go, and integrate. Through this guided rest practice, you’ll be gently led into a state of deep relaxation where the body softens, the mind quietens, and your whole system has space to absorb, restore, and renew. A chance to reflect inward, restore balance, and return home to yourself before you head back into the world.
