Michelle is the heart behind Synergy Yoga for Wellness, a space where yoga is more than just movement—it’s a way to connect, reflect, and feel supported. With certifications including 200hr YTT, 50hr Yin YTT, 100hr Yoga Therapy Foundations, and 25hr Trauma-Aware Training, she brings a deeply nurturing approach to her teaching.
Her classes are designed to feel like a warm hug, offering students the opportunity to explore their inner world through movement, breath, and stillness. She integrates Asana, Pranayama, meditation with yogic philosophy from sacred texts, providing a holistic experience that extends beyond the mat.
Michelle’s personal yoga journey deepened when her body signaled it was suffering. Through yoga, she learned to slow down and make intuitive, nourishing, and sustainable choices. She believes that the answers we seek are already within us—we just need to remember how to listen.
