Emma’s yoga journey began in India in 2014 and continues to guide her teaching. For her, yoga is not something to define or complete, but a steady, evolving practice woven into daily life. She is trained in Hatha and Ashtanga (500h YTTC) and holds a diploma in Ayurveda.
Influenced by the Sivananda tradition, this 1.5-hour class offers a traditional Hatha sequence with a focus on breath, simplicity, and awareness. Open to both beginners and more experienced students, variations are offered so each person can work at their own level, building foundations or deepening into the practice.
The class moves from breath and grounding through a steady sequence of postures, ending in deep relaxation.
