Simon Carroll

Simon is a stress management consultant specialising in improving health & performance through breath, mind & body Interventions. He has a Bachelor of Human Health Science (natural therapies), an MBA and a Graduate Certificate of Mental Health. He has also undertaken countless wellbeing related courses including 50hr Pranayama and 30hr Yoga Nidra trainings along his journey.
He enjoys consulting with groups and organisations in relation to stress management, runs weekly relaxation classes, and supports individuals with a range of therapeutic modalities in his Ballarat-based clinic.
