Sarah has been learning the ancient yogic science of Sanatan Kriya directly from Ashwini Guruji of Dhyan Foundation. Her sessions are centred on sharing a holistic yogic practice that brings balance to the body, calms the mind, and aligns one’s inner energies.

Through the practice of Sanatan Kriya, students are introduced to a complete yogic process that incorporates the eight limbs of Ashtang Yoga and is designed to support modern lifestyles. Her classes guide participants in understanding and applying these yogic principles in daily life while learning techniques that restore physical, mental, and emotional balance.

Sarah’s teaching focuses on practices that cultivate clarity, stability, and overall wellbeing, helping bring the human system back into harmony with nature.
