Namaste, Vanshika is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher passionate about creating mindful, accessible movement practices that support both physical and mental wellbeing. Drawing inspiration from Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga traditions, her classes combine breath-led flow, mobility, strength, modifications, and grounding presence to help students feel connected, empowered, and balanced.
