My decade-long yoga journey was born in the heat of Bikram and was transformed by a soul-shifting trip to Bali in 2024 which led me to Kundalini yoga,  and I haven’t  looked back. Finding no local teachers on the Surf Coast, I followed my calling and trained to teach through the International College of Kundalini Yoga in Byron Bay.
As the creator of Serpent and Salt Yoga and Quay Emotional Wellness, each class weaves pranayama, kriya, mudra, mantra and meditation that move more than just the body.
My work is rooted in the belief that real healing lives at the intersection of movement, emotional depth and the quantam body.
Sheena teaches community classes most  Saturday mornings at Sana Recovery, where student come curious and leave elevated.
