Anushtha

Anushtha is deeply engaged in the practices of Asanas and Dhyan (meditation) as taught by Ashwini Guruji of Dhyan Ashram. Her teaching approach focuses on helping individuals cultivate stillness, strength, and awareness through a balanced and traditional yogic practice.

Her sessions combine traditional yogic Asanas to strengthen, purify, and stabilise the body with Dhyan (meditation) techniques that calm the mind and deepen awareness. Students are also guided through breath and posture awareness practices that support inner balance and clarity, while exploring foundational yogic principles that connect body, breath, and consciousness.

Through these practices, Anushtha aims to help students prepare both body and mind for higher states of awareness, inner growth, and overall wellbeing.
