In an endless journey of discovery I have deepened my knowledge in breath work and the traditional practice of Ayurveda. The sense of grounding and staying as close to natures natural rhythm has it power of healing.
Passionate about Body/mind awareness on and off the mat, yoga comes as a gift.
Vinyasa flows are my style with a little of expression through movement. Although my airy quality of Vatta Dosha I have learnt the importance of balance. In our fast paced world we have to give ourselves permission to slow down, sit still and be in silence.
