Melissa Johnson

Melissa has over 25 years of dedicated yoga practice and 15 years of teaching experience. Throughout her journey, she has developed a deep understanding of the transformative power of mindful movement. Rooted in Iyengar yoga, Melissa has expanded her practice to include strength training and mobility work. As a certified personal trainer and FRC mobility specialist, she integrates these elements into her teaching, recognising that strength, mobility, and flexibility are all essential for a well-rounded body and a balanced yoga practice.
