I did my 200hr YIN Yoga Teacher Training & Have taught this practise for the past 6yrs After 6yrs of also offering SoundBath sessions to complete my YIN classes, I up-skilled & completed my SoundScapes30hr TT
My SOUL has led me here
I’m passionate about honouring my heart & creating a life that honours all the magic & creativity that sets my Soul on fire. I adore Yin yoga, soundscapes, picturesque shalas, candles, incense, frangipanis, my silence & solitude on my mat, & always having a plane ticket booked to “somewhere” Allow me to invite you in on a journey of Self Discovery & Healing in a safe space.
